הבניין ברחוב זבולון 49 פינת ידידיה פרנקל נבנה כבית מגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי ככל הנראה בין השנים 1927–1936. הבניין הוגדר לשימור מרקמי בהיותו חלק מהמרקם העירוני הייחודי של שכונת פלורנטין, המאופיין בבניה עם קו "0" לרחוב, מרפסות ו"ארקרים " הבולטים מעל המדרכה, ושימוש למסחר או בתי מלאכה בקומת הקרקע. במסגרת השיפוץ נשמרו חזיתות הבניין, חדר המדרגות והמרפסות הפינתיות שנהרסו לאורך השנים שוחזרו.

The building at 49 Zevulon Street, corner of Yedidya Frenkel, was built as a residential building in the International Style, probably between the years 1927-1936. The structure was declared for texture preservation as part of the unique urban fabric of the Florentine neighborhood, characterized by construction with a "zero" line to the street, balconies and Erkers protruding above the sidewalk, and used for commerce or ground floor workshops. As part of the renovation, the facades of the building were preserved and the stairwell and the corner balconies that were demolished over the years have been restored.

بنيت العمارة في شارع زفولون ٤٩ زاوية يديديا فرنكل كبيت سكني على الطراز الدولي كما يبدو خلال الأعوام ١٩٢٧-١٩٣٦ . تم تحديد المبني للحفاظ على نسيجه بحكم كونه جزءاً من النسيج الحضري الفريد لخي فلورنتين ، الذي يتميز بالبناء بخط "٠ " على الشارع ، الشرفات و " العارضات " البارزة فوق الرصيف ، واستخدامه للتجارة أو ورش عمل في الطابق الأرضي . في إطار الترميم تمت صيانة واجهات المبنى ، وتم استحداث غرفة الدرج والشرفات في الزوايا التي ثمرت على مدى السنوات .
