סיימון סמית’ קוזנץ
כלכלן אמריקאי מודרני, ממוצא יהודי. נחשב לאבי החשבונאות הלאומית אותה פיתח בשנת 1932. בשנת 1971 זכה בפרס נובל לכלכלה על ’שפיתח גישה למדידת צמיחה כלכלית ותרם ולתובנות והבנה של המבנה הכלכלי-חברתי ולתהליך ההתפתחות.’

AN AMERICAN ECONOMIST MODERN JEWISH ORIGIN. CONSIDERED THE FATHER OF NATIONAL ACCOUNTS IT DEVELOPED IN 1932. IN 1971 WON THE NOBEL PRIZE IN ECONOMICS ON "APPROACH DEVELOPED FOR MEASURING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND CONTRIBUTED INSIGHTS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE ECONOMIC SOCIAL-STRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS."
