A monument commemorating the commander of the House of Habsburg, who was the commander of the Austrian forces in the wars with France.

The monument is mainly marked by the battles of Dresden and Leipzig (1813) when in the last battle Napoleon was defeated.

The monument depicting the commander riding his horse is located in the square named after him, it was made by the sculptor Ernst Julius Hähnel and erected in 1867.
