The memorial site for the victims of the IDF and the sons of Yehud was established and operated by the Association for the Commemoration of the Martyrs of the Communications and Information Technology Corps and was inaugurated on the 25th of Elul (September 25, 1989).
The memorial garden is an integral part of the memorial site and includes sculptural models of communication antennas placed on symbolic pedestals to mark the fracture in the bereavement.
