On the sign:
סמל העיר תל אביב בבית זה חי ויצר המלחין מנחם אבידום תרס"ח-תשנ"ה, 1908-1995
THE COMPOSER MENACHEM AVIDOM LIVED & WORKED IN THIS HOUSE
Notice that the symbol of the city of Tel Aviv apparently fell, and was placed over the sign
The sign is above the wall of the house where Menachem Avidom lived - composer, born in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine (1908-1995), immigrated to Israel in 1925.
