The water tower in the Moledet neighborhood The water pool and concrete pillars were cast by Solel Boneh in 1936. The tower supplied water to the homes of the Moledet neighborhood that were scattered throughout the area. In the space created under the pool, an observation and guard room was built with the help of stone blocks.
The water well of the Moledet neighborhood was excavated in 1930 by surveyor Hisin, who was also the developer and owner of the Mizrahi company, which purchased the areas land. Years later, the well and with it the right to use the water was transferred to the Mekorot company.
