"DUHOVNIA" RUSSIAN MISSION BUILDING BUILT IN 1863 FOR THE ECCLESIASTICAL MISSION OF THE RUSSIAN PATRIARCHATE AS A COURTYARD STRUCTURE WITH A CHURCH IN THE CENTER. SINCE THE BRITISH MANDATE PERIOD PART OF THE BUILDING HAS SERVED AS LAW COURTS, INCLUDING THE ISRAEL SUPREME COURT, WHICH WAS LOCATED HERE UNTIL 1992.

A sign of the Jerusalem "The Built Heritage" series, a project initiated by architectural historian David Kroyanker in 1993, in which buildings of historic value were commemorated in central Jerusalem. The signs were designed by Harel Designers Office, and the logo is in the form of a relief of a rosette window ("Rosetta").
