Translation of the text on the sign:
The Founders house This house is one of the first three houses built in the budget of the "Agricultural Settlement Division" when Kfar Malal was re-established on October 10, 1919, as a workers’ moshav.
"No more day laborers, these are tiny, self-employed farmers."
These houses are tangible proof, which dispels the myth of Nahalal "as the first workers’ moshav", when they retroactively appropriated this title, 3 years before they were founded as a workers’ moshav.

The first three houses destroyed in the riots of May 1921 (May 1921), houses of Tapuchi (Amitai), and Bogin - were built in 1920.
In view of their historical importance these private homes are declared for special preservation and must not be demolished.
