המרפאה הייתה במבנה בו נמצא כיום בית קמחי.
בשנת 1952 נבנתה המרפאה החדשה במקומה הנוכחי.
המרפאה הינה מרפאה אזורית, הנותנת שירותים לכל תושבי האיזור.
