בית מינצר תוכנן ונבנה ב-1933 על ידי אדר’ פיליפ (פנחס) היט עבור אברהם יוסף מינצר כבית מגוריו.
סגנונו האדריכלי של המבנה אופייני לסגנון המודרני של שנות ה-30 בתל אביב והוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור.
הבית יועד במקורו למגורים והפך עם השנים כחלק מהתפתחות האזור כמרכז עסקים ראשי, לבניין משרדים.
בשנת 2007 רכשה קבוצת אדמונד דה-רוטשילד בניין זה יחד עם הבניין הסמוך בשדרות רוטשילד 20. שני הבניינים שומרו, חוברו ומשמשים היום את קבוצת אדמונד דה-רוטשילד בישראל.

Minzer House was designed and built in 1933 by architect Philip (Pinchas) Huett for Avraham Yosef Mintzer for residential purposes.
The architectural style of the building characterizes the modern style of 1930’s Tel Aviv and was listed for preservation in the municipal conservation plan.
The building was originally designed for residential purposes and over the years it was developed, alongside the rest of the area which became a major business district, and functioned as an office building.
In 2007, the building was purchased by the Edmond de Rothschild group together with the adjacent building at 20 Rothschild Blvd. These two buildings were preserved, joined together and are used today by the Edmond de Rothschild Group in Israel.

خطط المهندس المعماري فيليب ( بنحاس ) هيط بيت مينتسر وبناه عام ۱۹۳۳ لأجل إبراهيم يوسف مينتصر كبيت سكني . تصميم المبنى المعماري مميز للطراز الحديث السنوات الثلاثينات في تل أبيب ، وأعلن عنه للصيانة والترميم بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني . خصص البيت بالأساس للسكن وأصبح مع مرور السنين مبنى مكاتب كجزء من تطور المنطقة كمركز تجاري رئيسي . اشترت مجموعة الموند دي روتشيلد هذا المبنى عام ۲۰۰۷ مع المبنى المجاور في جادة روتشيلد ۲۰ . تم الحفاظ على المبنيين والربط بينهما ، ويُستخدمان حالياً مقراً لمجموعة ادموند دي روتشيلد في إسرائيل . التخطيط والهندسة المعمارية والصيانة : أمنون بار اور وشركاؤه للهندسة المعمارية م . ض . انتهاء الأشغال : ۲۰۱٥
