מונטיפיורי 36 | مونتقيورى ٢٦ | Montefiore 36

הבניין ברח’ מונטיפיורי 36, "בית גוגול" במקור, תוכנן בשנת 1924 על ידי אדריכל משה לוברינצקי. הבניין משתייך לסגנון האקלקטי ושימש למגורים. המבנה הוכרז כמבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור העירונית וממוקם באיזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו.
במהלך השנים פעלה בבניין מתפרה ובתי מלאכה זעירים. לאחר מכן עמד נטוש שנים ארוכות. בתחילת שנות ה-2000 שומר ושוקם המבנה על ידי אדר’ גד הלפרין ובשנת 2008 שופץ שנית והוסב למלון "הוטל מונטיפיורי" על ידי מתי ורותי ברודו.

The building on 36 Montefiore Street also known as the "Gogol House", was originally designed in 1924 by the architect Moshe Lovrinzki. The building attributes to an Eclectic style and served as a residential.
The building was also listed for preservation under urban conservation planning and it is located in the UNESCO announcement area, Over the years, there was an active sewing room and several other small workshops. Afterwards, the building was left abandoned for many years. In early 2000, the building was preserved and renovated by architect Gad Halperin and was re-renovated again in 2008 where is was altered into a hotel, "Hotel Montefiore", by Mati and Ruti Broudo.
