AN ESTEEMED SUPPORTER OF THE MARKET, DUTCH MORIAL GUIDED THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ALLEY THROUGHOUT HIS TENURE IN OFFICE. THANKS TO MAYOR MORIAL, TODAY’S CHIEDREN WILL ADD THESE IMAGES OF THE MARKET’S PAST TO THEIR OWN MEMORIES OF TODAY’S FRENCH MARKET.
