Point number 2 in the history of Gedera as depicted on the wall at the southern entrance of the town.

About two years after their arrival in the country, Bilu people purchased land where Gedera is today, and on December 14, 1884, Bilu’s members Zvi Horowitz and Shlomo Zalman Zuckerman arrived there. Next came other Bilu’s members.
