The sign is on the wall of the house in Old Jaffa where Aharon Ashkenazi lived and worked - a sculptor, born in Sofia, Bulgaria (1912-1993), immigrated to Israel in 1931.
Sculpted mainly in stone, large statues.

The sign was placed in 2013.
