"The dog is mans best friend" says the common saying, but dog owners who do not bother to clean their dog droppings from the city streets and gardens, cause suffering to the rest of the residents. The way to fight the phenomenon of dog droppings in the public space, is usually by imposing fines accompanied by information.

In 2021, the Tel Aviv Municipality launched an extensive campaign against the plague of dog owners who do not collect their dog feces, the campaign, accompanied by signs, most of which carried a blatant text: "This garden is shit"
