Commemorative plaque in the place where the biochemist of Ukrainian origin Ivan Horbaczewski (1854-1942) lived. He taught at the University of Prague, and made several discoveries. In 1918 he was appointed Minister of Health of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and was the first Minister of Health in Europe. The sign is written in German and Ukrainian languages
