הבית נבנה בראשית המאה ה-20 על-ידי משפחת יוהאן אותמר (Ottamar). משנות העשרים התגוררו בו הלנה והורסט קפר (Koeper), מבעלי בית הדפוס שפעל במבנה היקב. עד שנת 2005 שכן בבית משרד יחידת התיאום והתחזוקה של מחנה המטכל.

The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century by the family of Johann Ottmar. Starting in the 1920s, Helene and Horst Koeper, an owner of the printing shop that operated in the winery, lived here. Until 2005 the coordination and maintenance unit of the IDF General Staff camp was housed here.

قامت ببناء هذا البيت في بدايات القرن العشرين عائلة يوهان أومار . واعتبارا من العشرينات سكن فيه هيلينا وهورست كوبر ، من أصحاب المطبعة التي كانت تعمل في مبنى المعصرة . وكان المبنى يؤوي مقر وحدة التنسيق والصيانة التابعة لمعسكر القيادة العامة لجيش الدفاع الإسرائيلي ، حتى سنة ۲۰۰٥ .
