הבית נבנה על-ידי משפחת לכנמאייר (Lachenmaier). משנת 1906 התגוררה בו משפחת גרצינגר (Grözinger). בסוף שנות העשרים וילהלם גרצינגר פתח בחצר הבית משחטה ואטליז. הבית הועתק ממקומו במסגרת שימור המתחם ב-2005.

The house was built by the Lachenmaier family. From 1906, the Grözinger family lived here. At the end of the 1920s, Wilhelm Grözinger opened a slaughterhouse and butcher shop in the yard. The house was relocated in 2005 as part of the preservation project

قامت بإنشاء المبنى عائلة لاخنماير . ومنذ سنة ١٩٠٦ ، سكنت فيه عائلة فيلهلم غروتسينغر والذي افتتح في نهاية العشرينات في ساحتة مسلخا وملحمة . وقد نقل البيت من موقعه الأصلي في نطاق أعمال حفظ المنطقة سنة ۲۰۰۵ .
